The story is about a new little girl in town named Veronica, who makes a wish in the park’s fountain and witnesses the water transform into a rainbow of colors. The fountain only does this for Veronica’s wishes and not for any of the other children of Holmsville. None of the children know why the fountain only sprays the colors of the rainbow for Veronica’s wishes and not for theirs. Only Veronica holds the key to the Magic Fountain.
